The acceptance of a reservation is subject to availability. A reservation will be considered accepted only after the guest has signed the reservation form and has received a written confirmation of availability from Camping Acquaviva. Within 10 days from the date of the reservation acceptance, guests are required to forward a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the journey.
Delays and early departures
In case of arrival delays or early departure guests are obliged to pay the full amount of the booked and confirmed period.
Unless an arrival delay is properly communicated mobilhomes, apartments, caravans, rooms and campsites will be left to the guest's disposal until 12.00 P.M. of the booked day of arrival.
In case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if a written notice arrives to the Camping Acquaviva at least 30 days before the date of arrival. The booking cost of € 70,00 will be deducted regardless. No refund will be given if the notice is received later then the fore mentioned terms.
At Acquaviva VIllage Camping dogs are welcome both in the pitches and in the flats.
For cottages, chalets super comfort, caravans, apartments and rooms Camping Acquaviva will supply specific dog's beds to keep dogs from sleeping on beds, couch and chairs.
Special bags to collect dogs faeces are sold at the camping head office.
Dogs staying in the camping are subject to the rules of the dogs regulation and to those posted in the warning signs and must be strictly observed.
Fares for dogs stay are listed in the camping price list.
- Dogs cannot move in the camping unleashed and must not cause inconvenience to camping guests.
- Dogs faeces must be removed quickly.
- Dogs "on heat" will not be accepted in the camping.

According to Italian laws, dogs are not allowed on beaches. Offenders will be prosecuted.
Dogs are allowed only at the Mola beach, nearby Porto Azzurro.
